Prior to Anovia, Chris was active as an investor, operator, and adviser in the technology space for more than a decade. Chris began his career in the financial services industry and spent more than 10 years working in investment banking and asset management.
David Ignatius
With 25+ years in Enterprise Technology and Digital Transformation, David is a global leader recognized for driving operational excellence and measurable outcomes. He has led large-scale initiatives across industries, championing innovation, cost optimization, and building high-performing teams that deliver sustainable growth and long-term value.
Shawn Boyd
Prior to joining Anovia, Shawn established his 30-year career by leading strategy, owning execution and driving digital transformation across public and private sector organizations, with a particular focus on turnarounds and hyper-scaling in complex, innovative, highly regulated and founder-led organizations.
Heather A. Boulter
A seasoned financial leader with 35+ years of expertise in accounting management, financial reporting, and process improvement. As Director of Finance at Anovia, Heather oversees financial operations, budgeting, and compliance, supporting teams across North America and Internationally.
Robert Keefe
Rob Keefe is bringing 30 years of experience across operations, sales, and executive leadership. He now focuses on building Anovia’s internal infrastructure — IT systems, ISO 27001 compliance, training, facilities, and the company’s emerging AI capabilities.

As Director of Operations – Strategic Accounts & AI Initiatives, I drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact support, leveraging AI insights to enhance performance metrics, customer retention, and service delivery across diverse industries.

With more than 15 years in leadership, Lowell brings a grounded, people-first approach to Anovia’s HR function across Canada and India.
